In January 2025, Rease’s Workshop brought a vendor booth to Afterburner 2025, a large regional Smash tournament hosted in Auburn, Indiana by Odessy Esports. With competitors and spectators traveling in from across the Midwest, Afterburner provided a high energy environment centered around serious competition and long tournament days.
For us, the event was another opportunity to place our hardware directly in the spaces where it’s used most on the floor, between sets, and under real competitive conditions.
We even held money matchs for players to win free keychains at our booth if they could beat Rease in a game of Smash Bros.
